Hi, I’m Marie.

I’m 32 years old and live with my partner in a small house with a garden, right in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia 🌿 Our home is my peaceful retreat – surrounded by nature, birdsong in the morning, and lots of time spent outdoors.


Professionally, I work as an organizational developer at a university – an exciting and meaningful job. In my free time, I’m drawn either out into the world or simply into our garden. I love discovering new places, clearing my mind while gardening, or soaking up the sun with a good book.


Then there are the routines that are close to my heart – like yoga and pole dance – sometimes gentle, sometimes full of strength. Again and again, I find new ways to combine a mindful, slow-paced life with minimalism, frugal living, and self-care ✨


All of this inspired me to create this blog: a place to arrive, breathe, and be inspired 🌸
